Swan River Door is a little company in Northwest Montana, Bigfork to be exact. We have a 3000 square foot shop, which hardly suits our needs but we manage! Swan River Door Co. was created when the need for a well built front door came into play. We wanted to build something that was unique and interesting, something that took some thought. Voila, it happened. We built a door that topped all we had built up to date. We took some cabinetry & door building skills, a little bit of common sense and some wood working knowledge and there it was. One sheet of ½ inch plywood, two ¾ inch thick wooden face frames (glued & splined on all joints), equally laminated with gorilla glue and banded with ½ inch wooden strips to create a seven layer laminated door, 2 inches thick. A door that has a higher insulation value and more noise resistant to boot!

Swan River Door Co. has a wide variety of wooden products to choose from such as Craftsman Cabinets for your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen or library. Unique stair parts for those one-of-a-kind staircases. Trim packages to match our doors. They consist of base molding, door and window casing, wainscotting and crown molding. And don't forget our ever popular doors. All of our products change in style and design to meet our customers needs and wants.
